Question: If I am flying from the US or Canada which day, should I depart and which day, should I schedule my returned flight? Departing should be the 12 of August to arrive August 13. And the airport is Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) And the returning flight should be on the 17th back from Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS). And if doing both Countries you will return August 23rd from Ibiza (IBZ) Spain Airport. 

Question: How come you guys charge more for single than double? The single person package is more money single because the room will be occupied by one person, unlike the double occupancy the room will be shared by two people. For example, the price listed below, the double occupancy package is $2299 per person totaling $4598, compared to $2999 for one person. 

Question: What if I have an emergency and I can’t make the trip? Per our cancelation policies, as long you informed us via email 60 days prior to the trip. We will credit your account your full payments which can be use towards any other trips within two years from the day of cancelation. 

Question: How will you guys know what time to pick me up from the airport? If this is your first trip with us, please rest assured that we have a full experience team that will be available to answer all questions via our group chat 30 days prior to the trip. You will be provided an itinerary with all the details of the trip, and our team will be scheduling your pick-up based on everyone’s itineraries.
