1. How does the destination membership work?

You pick which membership works for your financial goals and starts with your deposit. Once your deposit is made, you will receive a welcome letter with your account user name and password.  You will be able to keep track of all payments made to the Destination Konpa membership program in your account.

What are the different memberships and costs?

Your account will automatically charge a membership payment on a bi-weekly basis to help creates the perfect vacation on a small budget to anyone that dreams of taking a vacation. 

We have three different memberships with three different price points.

  • The VIP Membership – $50 deposit and $50 every two weeks.
  • The Premium Membership – $75 Deposit and $75 every two weeks.
  • The Elite Membership – $150 Deposit and $150 once a month.

How do I know which destinations to pick?

You have the option to select any Destination Konpa events you would like to attend in the next two years. Membership Credits can only be used for events presented by The VIP Marketing & Consulting Firm, LLC or any of its subsidiaries.

What if I saved more than the cost of a particular destination?

If you’ve saved more, the balance from your account will remain in tacked and can be used for the next destination event. For example, most people travel in groups, so if you pick a package with your friends and the cost is less than what you have in your credit account. The balance from the membership program will stay for your next destination.

How long do I have to use my credits that I’ve saved through the membership program?

All credits from the membership program will expire after 2 years from the date it was posted, which mean you must pick a destination within the next two years. If a situation prevents you from participating in any of our events for the next two years, you must send an email to info@destinationkonpa.com detailing your circumstances. 

What if I didn’t save enough before the trip, what do I do?

We understand that there may be circumstances that may prevent you from saving enough money. Once we realized that you won’t have enough in your account to pay for your trip, one of our sales personnel will contact you directly to work out a better plan for you.

Am I able to stop the program at any time?

Yes. You can pause or stop your membership at any time for any reason although we highly recommend the program.  Our goal is to help you plan and finance your vacation with ease because we believe if you work hard you need to pay yourself. Everyone deserves a vacation.

Can I use my credits towards my friend if I can’t make a particular destination?

All credits are to be used by that specific member. We do understand there may be some circumstances where we will make an exception and allow a transfer of credit. In such case, the member must sign a waiver requesting the credit balance goes towards his or her friend’s destination package.

Since we have three different membership programs, can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Please understand the concept of this program is not to force you to take a vacation but to help and encourage you to spend on yourself. You are able to upgrade your membership to Elite, VIP Membership, or downgrade from Elite to VIP Membership or Deluxe membership at any time.

Will I need a passport to travel to most of these destinations?

We recommend that you do obtain a passport as some Destination Konpa events takes place outside The United States.
